Sooke Real Estate

Oceanfront, acreage and small-town living west of Victoria

Sooke is a coastal community about 40 minutes west of downtown Victoria, where forest, ocean and mountains meet. It attracts buyers who want more space, nature on the doorstep and a relaxed small-town lifestyle while staying connected to the city.

What Sooke is like

Sooke offers Whiffin Spit, Sooke Potholes, East Sooke Regional Park, the Galloping Goose and Juan de Fuca trails, plus beaches, farmers' markets, local restaurants and a growing downtown. Many residents work from home or commute to Victoria and the Westshore.

The homes

Sooke has a wide range of properties, from newer subdivision homes and townhouses to acreage, rural retreats and oceanfront estates. Prices are often lower than in the core of Greater Victoria, and lots tend to be larger, which draws families, retirees and remote workers.
