Purchase with me and your home inspection is free

Buyers have their home inspection cost credited back at the time of closing.

Let me cover the cost of your home inspection to ensure you know the condition of the home you are purchasing.

I have been a licensed Home Inspector for over 10 years.  I understand the importance and value of a home inspection for Buyers which is why I am willing to cover the cost of a Buyer's home inspection up to $600 upon the closing of your purchase or sale.

A smart consumer wouldn't buy a used car without having it first inspected by a mechanic - so don't go in to the largest purchase of your life blind and only relying on how nice the home appears on the surface.

In British Columbia, anyone who performs home inspections must be licenced and insured.  In order to become licenced, extensive training and education requirements must be met.

What can a home inspection do to help you with your purchase decision?

Uncovering unseen issues that may not be known to you (or even the Seller) such as unsafe wiring, roof issues, moisture problems, attic mold, structural flaws and safety concerns.

A properly produced home inspection report gives you negotiating power with the Seller.  With the report in hand, you have the ability to have some of the more serious issues addressed by the Seller or possibly to negotiate a lower purchase price.

The report can also help you plan for the future by giving you a list of items that may not need immediate attention, but need to be corrected in the near future.

Purchasing your new home is an exciting moment in your life and the beginning of a new adventure.  It is also a massive decision that should not be made with incomplete information.  If someone tries to talk you out of a pre-purchase home inspection, they likely don't have your best interests at hand.
