Along with my education, I have years of hands-on experience in all aspects of real estate, from tearing down and building houses to handing over the keys.  I am committed to sharing my knowledge and experience with you as we find your new home.

Each client approaches the buying process differently and I pride myself on my real estate knowledge and familiarity of the process to remain an objective third party for you. 

It is essential for me to learn about you, what you like (or do not like), what concerns you have and what your goals are before we begin the home buying process.  It is my duty to provide you expert advice, answers to questions and to make sure you are comfortable with your decisions during the buying process.

It's equally important to not only focus solely on the purchase but to be mindful of when the time comes to sell in the future.  For example, you may not mind the bus stop out front, but will potential buyers?  

The more knowledge a client has prior to purchase, the more comfortable and problem-free the home buying process will be.
