3.    Property Viewings: I arrange viewings for us to visit potential properties in which you express an interest, answering questions and providing insights along the way. For instance, while certain features like a bus stop at the front door may not concern you now, what might be their potential impact on future resale value and the perceptions of future buyers.

4.    Offer Preparation and Contract Negotiation: Once you wish to make an offer on a property, we craft the offer together and I submit it to the vendor on your behalf. I then represent your interests throughout the process of negotiating favorable price, terms and conditions that meet your needs.  

5.    Inspection and Due Diligence: I coordinate property inspections and facilitate any necessary due diligence to ensure the property meets your expectations.

6.    Closing Process: I provide advice through the closing process, coordinating with all parties involved to ensure a smooth transaction.

7.    Handover: Finally, we meet for the key handover, ensuring that you receive possession of the property as agreed.
