In order to begin the sales process, we will meet for an Intake Session where I will ask you questions, understand your objectives, and build your home's profile. Essentially, I am interested in meeting you and learning about your home.  I can tell you from experience that this is the most important first step since the story of your property needs to be told and the important features should be marketed and shared with the most potential buyers.

In general, the websites that are used to market properties for sale are very limited in scope. Believe it or not, most of them limit the number and quality of pictures uploaded, the length of the description, and the amount of information that can be shared about your home.  We need to go over and above a mere listing on the MLS to get amazing results.

As part of my marketing strategy, I take advantage of online, print and social media platforms to make sure your home is seen in the best possible light. I combine targeted social media campaigns and direct marketing campaigns to increase awareness and exposure of your home.

Additionally, I work with the most experienced real estate photographers, videographers and floorplan experts Victoria has to offer.
