Colwood is a growing Westshore community about 20 minutes from downtown Victoria, known for Hatley Castle, Royal Roads University, Esquimalt Lagoon and a mix of newer subdivisions, townhomes and ocean-view properties. It suits families and commuters who want space and nature close by.

The homes
Colwood offers newer single-family homes, townhouses and condos, plus established neighbourhoods near the lagoon and Royal Bay. Prices are often lower than central Victoria, with more space for the money, which attracts first-time buyers and growing families.
