A Lite Home Inspection can help you avoid unexpected surprises during a transaction and make the process smoother during the marketing phase of the home.

You never get a second chance to make a great first impression. Within a few seconds, a Buyer has already judged your home.

I have been a licensed Home Inspector for over 10 years, inspected over 1000 homes and written numerous inspection reports for my clients.  While no longer conducting commercial home inspections, my free Lite Home Inspection Report gives Sellers insight into what repairs should be considered before listing your home for sale in the future.

This isn't a replacement for a comprehensive home inspection done by a commercial home inspector, so if you are thinking of purchasing or selling a home, you can find licensed home inspectors on Consumer Protection BC's website HERE

The inspection generally will take an hour and there is no cost or obligation to you. I will view your home as if it were for a prospective homebuyer and will assess the home's overall condition in a written report.

A Lite Home Inspection will cover:

  • Roof
  • Foundation
  • Flooring Structure
  • Heating/Cooling System
  • Water Heater(s)
  • Electrical Panel(s)
  • Attic

Once the report has been created, we can discuss the findings and some options for you in having any concerns addressed. This inspection can minimize issues during a future transaction and make the process smoother during the marketing phase of the home.

My goal as a Realtor is to keep your potential buyer pool as close to 100% as possible.  This percentage becomes less over time due to buyers' preferences, other properties that become available and the property itself.  Let's get ahead of potential barriers and objections!
